Sometimes when I close the door the window catches on the small plastic (I cannot rember what they are called) a leaves an opening. Doesn't happen all the time, usally when it rains.
Your blow out clip is pushed in too far. Two way to move it. 1: Wrap a pair of pliers in a cloth, grab the clip, and gently pry it outward just a touch. Don't pull it out too far or your window won't seal, and you'll get noise at speed.
2: Lift the weatherstripping until you can see the two screws that hold the clip to the roof. Loosen the screws until you can slide the clip outward a little. Open and close the door until you get the right clearence, then re-tighten the screws, and replace the weather stripping.
