I got the crazy windshield wiper problem. This is the deal:
1. The wipers only work on high
2. The wipers do not work on any other speed
3. The washer does not work
4. I've had some debris full udder problems in the past
5. The wipers worked properly for a while after the udder cleaning

Now the only thing that I have is HIGH!
Any ideas guys?
I have the same problem though washer works sometimes.
When you hit the washer, can you hear the pump running? If not, then I would lean toward the switch going bad. If you can, then I would replace the wiper motor. About 40 bucks at auto zone.
I have the same problem on my '99 except the washer does work. Additionally, when I turn the wipers off, they stop immediately wherever they are in the cycle and they never reset to docking on the stops. Very, very frsutrating!
After reading this forum until my head hurt, I decied to try replacing the wiper motor and hey whatcha know...I now have wipers in all modes and they park as designed. Cost $60 (and $15 core charge) at Advance Auto Parts and has a lifetime warranty. The "Wiper Motor Removal Procedures" thread by Bville Bud were the best instructions I've seen outside the job guides used in the AF, so THANKS a bunch Bville Bud!!
