which ones are better off road or high flow catts?which produces more power?thanks

I always say Hi Flows NOT ORs. The power difference is next to nothing.

OR = no cats, just straight pipes. So, if you live somewhere that does inspections, you fail. Of course, technically speaking, OR is illegal even if your state does not do inspections. It is a federal offense to remove, or defeat, smog devices, including cats.
