It means you're getting very close. When it hits 3400, it's been committed to production. However, while it's at 3300, it can still slide back. That happened to me a couple of times while I was waiting, but I thought it was due to the color (yellow, constrained). Even so .. you're getting close. Once you hit 3400, it's just a few days until it's built. Good luck. Quit biting your nails. :)
