First thing, pull up your codes to see if there are any HVAC codes stored. Then post them up here.
I've been working with another member who is having the same problem. Turned out his actuator on the drivers side is bad, just as mine had.
Let's see those codes, and you'll get better answers and help.
Does the passenger side vents have their own freon? Maybe a "section" of the container dedicated to the the passenger side?
I'm curious as to how it works.
Works same way as any other dual climate system. There is a master blend door, and a seperate smaller blend door for the passenger side. Depending on whether you want it cooler or warmer on the passenger side, it will direct the blend door to the temp you want. Move one way, it lets warmer air in, move the other way it lets cooler air in.

First thing, unhook the battery for a couple of minutes. Then re-connect it and see if it resets your blend door.
If this doesn't work, then there are two things you can do. One is to try and re-index your HVAC actuators. Here is a write up on this. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...actuators.html
If your actuator isn't broken, as many are due to the plastic gear inside, then this will work for you.
If it dosn't work, you will need a new actuator. Gene Culley, gmpartshouse.com, will hook you up. Also, your in luck as the drivers side is MUCH easier to do than the passenger side.
Let me know how you make out or need anymore help with this.
