Thumping noise while braking
I have recently (1500 miles ago) installed the AC Delco drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads, and Eckler's ZO6 red calipers. Is it normal for the brakes to thump while braking. Everything is tight and there is no pulsation in the steering wheel either. You can feel it slightly in the pedal also. My assumption is that the slots are making the noise. How long until this goes away? It seems worse when the brakes are cold. Thx. KC
