Hi There;
Go to Walmart & buy this kit.Meguiars smooth surface clay kit. Costs $15.94. Roll the clay bar into a ball with your fingers.Then put it onto a clean wind shield & flatten with the palm of your hand. Use the detailer spray(lubricant) suppilied with the kit.Use a lot on the spot & on the clay itself.That will remove your defect & positively will not scratch the c/coat.When you see or feel dirt kneed the clay until you have another clean side & repeat as needed.keep the spot you are working on well lubed.Don't be afraid to apply pressure to the clay.Wipe off with a micro fiber towel that comes with the kit. Don't drop the clay, if you do throw it away. Rubbing alcohol by itself will work also but require more rubbing & causes no harm to the c/coat.

Nail polish remover is Ethyl Acetate, related to Acetone....ACC remover dissolver is Acetone. Both of these will eat paint! Goof Off and Goo Gone are mild blends, with a base solvent of Oderless Mineral Spirits [OMS] , a common oil based paint remover that will not touch ACC glue. It is VERY slow to damage car paint, if at all, so it wont hurt. A lot of tar removers and cleaner/polish products also contain OMS because it will cut tar, oily grime, and wax, and leave cured car paint alone.

IF you had a good coat of wax or Zaino or some other shiny coating on the paint, you might be in luck, because the glue will be separated from the actual paint by the thin film of the waxy stuff. IF this is the case, eventually the blob can be lifted with a fingernail or more dangerously a single-edge razor blade...One of the mild solvents like OMS in Goof Off and such, might also help by softening the wax layer at the edges, helping to release the glue blob..worth a try I would say...

If the glue is down to the paint itself, go see a pro that can block sand the glue down to the clear coat with 1200 grit or finer, re-coat more clear if needed, and then polish the repair to invisibility.

Be careful with strong ACC removers.....They will also remove PAINT

Sorry for your BooBoo....Bummer stuff and GOOD LUCK with getting it fixed at lower cost..

Crazy Glue says to use nitromethane that can usually be found at specialty hobby stores. Look for products called "de-bonders" containing the nitromethane component. Always be sure to test whatever solvent you choose on an inconspicuous area first to check for compatibility issues.

I agree.I know acetone works and is most commonly used for most instances. But like above , I'd be afraid to damage the paint. I know that SG can chemically bond to materials hope you have a clearcoat etc. that is giving a barrier to the paint itself.
