Default Double Din Mounting Brackets now available!

Double D Mods

I just got done with the first set of brackets I will have available for you to purchase to go along with my double din bezels.

These brackets are made of 1" wide aluminum, bent into shape, predrilled (1/2" slot on side for some slight adjustment for easier install) all bolts, nuts, scews, washers needed for install. These can be mounted to the sleeve the head units slides into or, they will screw into the threads on the side of the head unit. I have 10 sets available right now and will continue to make more and have available.

These are available for purchase on my website at following link.

$19.99

Those would be great to have with a new install.

Why not do an "Essential Package" for Double Din install

Include a set of those, the antenna adapter for GM, and a mini fuse adapter to pull switched power easily out of the passenger fuse box.

Fuse adapter is a great time savings with the ability to just pull a switched 12 volt right from the box giving you an extra independent fuse for your system and the stock fuse as it is.

Those three things would be nice to have before even starting the install.

just what I'm looking for as I am finally getting around to mounting the AVIC D1 I have had sitting for 2 years. Do you have brackets for the HVAC as well? I know most of the install instructions I've see advised just to flip the stock bracket upside down but thought I would double check. I'll place my order today.
