Convertible waterfall cover
I have a '98 amethyst pearl (purple) convertible. When the top is raised there's a piece of fabric that covers the waterfall area behind the seats. When the windows are down, that fabrics flaps all over the place and sometimes obstructs the rear view. I've often thought of cutting it out, but I really don't want to do that to my car. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

The back flap is there to help prevent scuffs when raising or lowering your top, it rests underneath when top is down. You could put a couple of squares of velcro back there with double sided tape to keep it in place just remember to release them prior to putting the top down.

That piece protects the rear glass when the top is folded - don't cut it out. It sounds like if you have both windows down, you should have the top down - that's my rule.
