After drooling over these rims for over a year now, I finally purchased these used CCW 505As from forum member redls1gto. These were on his DD and were definitely in need of some TLC. I'm happy to report they cleaned up exceptionally well. I couldn't be happier. This is the first set of polished aluminum rims I've ever owned. I won't even get into how many days/hours/beer/cigars I spent bringing these back to their shiny glory because I enjoy every second of it. I lowered it on the stock bolts. I'm assuming it may settle a little more. Thanks to redls1gto for these awesome rims, was worth every penny.
What size are they and are you running run-flats? Oh and i'm buying new 505a's next summer...i can't wait!!
They are 18/19 non runflats. I did purchase new TPS from Gene Culley and had them installed, were a breeze training. I kept the runflats on the thin spokes for resale some day. Good Luck on the purchase

My vette is a daily driver so i need to run the run-flats
Very nice! I would also like to know what product you used to clean them up.Especially the back sides.
The Mini Power Ball on my variable speed dewalt worked wonders on the inner barrels. Total job was about two hours each for the fronts and maybe three each for the backs, but I did take a forum members advice and broke it down into three days so I didn't get sloppy.
One Cohiba and two Kuba Kubas about a dozen Michelob Ultras and some nice tunes helped pass the time as well.
