I am trying to understand the differences between a adjustable and a stock clutch master cylinder. I know the obvious differance and that allows you shorten or lenghten the MC rod that connects to the clutch pedal.
-Are there any internal differences?
-Any other things to adjust?
-What are the "adjustment" procedures to setting up the proper clutch release/engagement?
I am trying to determine weither or not I should modify my stock MC and make it adjustable or just buy a Tick or McLeod MC.

There is nothing special about the insides...All it does is adjust the pedal height to fit your preference.. YOu need to be careful that you dont lower the pedal so far that you hit the firewall before the Master is fully engaged..
Just a threaded rod that can be lengthened and shortened....no magic..

Better flow is right. It's also better for after market clutches because a stock MC can't take the extra pressure. Clutch problems have always been a problem on these cars. Mine should be here the 24th of this month. I have an Exedy twin disc clutch in my car. Tick is the one I order because it was made for the C5. Running 604 rwhp and 568 rwtq.
