Matte Finishes
I have noticed that Matte black seems to be the favorite but has anyone done a another colour in a matte finish like the Lamborghini Reventon which is a matte grey.
There is a guy locally here that has done his Ford GT in matte blue. I don't have any pics but it looks sweet! I have debating switching the semi gloss black details on my car to matte blue.

I was toying with this idea earlier this year --- but I just can't seem to do away with my shiney ride --- and I heard about the maintenance of matte colors. But I guess now there's a better/low maint. way to do it? Hmmm....
Here is a matte gunmetal C5 from the company in Dubai that was supposed to be marketing the diffuser and splitter from the car. Wonder what ever happened with that... Andy?????
I think the matte black looks horrible. Some people have done a good job and done high quality work but I don't like the look at all. Just my opinion so don't everybody get offended on me and start the usual flame throwing. The gunmetal has a certain coolness about it but still something I wouldn't ever do to a car of mine.
EDIT: I guess it's more of a satin than matte, but you get the point.
