Copper plugs are best . Many like the NGK TR 55. If you don't mind changing every 20K miles.
Otherwise go with the stock AC/Delco Irridiums.
AC Delco Iridium plugs and GM performance wires are a great combo.

Gene can hook you up for 100 or so for plugs and wires.
Easy? 7 can be a hassle. Just get new wires, you need them and will probably FUBAR at least 1 getting them off. They tend to be stubborn. 2 hints: wear gloves(!!!) and be liberal with the dilectric grease on the new wires.
