Hickock forged custom wheels

Bad day...Lost one of my Hickock Sprint wheel center hubs. Hickock is out of business, ebay has no listings and the performance parts houses have nothing...any ideas for finding a replacement? Center hub is 3" diameter (male) with polished aluminum with convex face and a "Hickock custom wheels" stamp.

I think Breathless Performance was a dealer for them. Maybe they can help you.
