Default LG Big 3

Has anyone have the LG Big 3 catback on their car? I am curious how it sounds compared to my Borla Stingers (which I love). I have a new American Racing 1 7/8' header primaries and full 3" x pipe system and want to go to a 3" catback but there are not many choices out there.

Thanks, Don

It's nice, but not as loud as the quad tip stingers I had on before. I was sick of the loud exhaust with a agressive H/C stroker so I decided to make a few more hp and quiet the car down some. It's very deep, but does take some of the cam chop sound out at idle. At 70mph it's so quiet in the car compared to the stingers that I couldn't believe it. It doesn't really drone until you get close to 1600 rpm under load.

I tack welded mine together except for the over the axle area and then had the entire system tig welded together including my LG pro x pipe as I was sick of all the extra slip fit connections. It's a good looking exhaust from the back also.

I did have the LG 3" cats before, but pulled them before the last dyno. The difference in sound with and without cats using the stingers was not as much as I thought it would be. The cats might have taken just a slight bit of edge off the sound, but not much. I don't have cats with the big 3 now and it's much quieter than anything else I have had on the car except for a B&B route 66, but that was almost to quiet.
