Default Securing Plenum Cover

I'm on my second plenum cover and having problems securing the front portion so it does not shift while the engine is running. The product can be viewed on the CF Store (Eng Perf/Dressup/American Car Craft). For those with this product, what tricks have you used to secure this item from shifting?

Have you tried 3M tape on the bottom of it and that will secure it to the fuel rail cover.

With the first plenum I did try using 3M on the FRCs. The engine heat caused the adhesive to move and got messy. I recently added a SS throttle body cover and had hoped to attach the plenum to it (either with velcro or dropping a bolt through the plenums perforated center to the throttle body). But the way everything sits I can't do that either. I've noted plenty of CF folks have plenums and was hoping for a quick easy solution.
