3m double sided tape should work - be sure to clean both surfaces with alcohol first.

Go to a body shop supply house and get Emblem adhesive.

I use clear silicone. Goop in on, DO NOT WIPE EXCESS...let dry, pull off excess like a rubber band.

If you don't want them to come off again, you can use contact cement.

Hobby shops have several types of instant stick adhesives that modelers and crafters use. They don't damage the underlying materials.
Some are RC engine alcohol fuel resistant too.

When one of my rear letters came off I used a little "Liquid Nails" cement and no problem since.

You should be able to find the correct product (thickness) at your local auto paint distributor.

Try Plumbers Goop. I have used it on the Accura trunk letters and it worked fine.

I'd use 3M double sided tape.
