Default FRC question

I have a 98 AT ..

I was wondering if the Z06 Fuel Rail Covers will fit my engine without modification.

Do I have single fuel line units, or do I have two lines on the driver side?

thanks

They will have to modified. ALL 1999+ C5's only have one slot on the FRC

Early C5's have two fuel lines (supply and return) as opposed to just a supply on later years. The slots are for the fuel lines.

Your fuel filter is cheaper than later years because later years have the fuel pressure regulator built into the filter. Your regulator is at the engine.

You could put a second slit in the one cover with a dremmel, using your current cover as a pattern.

Of course you can always just buy a '99+ C5 too.

If what you want is red fuel rail covers to fit your '98, you could either paint them yourself, or you could have one of the many vendors paint them for you. AutoBuffs can make a beautiful set in red for you, and the finish will be much nicer than the stock ones.....
