emblems
I recently purchased a 99 C5 black on black. One of the things that caught my eye were the fender emblems. It has the corvette coat of arms on each fender. Can someone tell me if this is factory or aftermarket. I haven't been able to determine one way or the other. I like it either way. I'm still learning all of the in and outs of this particular car.
Thanks
Rick

Aftermarket. The only factory exterior body emblems are on the front and rear fascias along with some wheel center caps.

They didn't come on the car from the factory.

They are factory nose or tail emblems that were added to the fenders.

You did good! Welcome to the best place a Corvette owner can be when out of sight from the car itself. But then again you know that already.
