Default "blue lights"

ok my question is what do i do to get the "blue lights" i do not understand all the differences. I want to do this mod to my vette just dont understand what to do! lol hid?? projector?? whats legal?? what to do thanks for any info!

You could drive 150 MPH and you'd see blue lights with maybe a touch of red.

Or.

HID. Legal. 8000K Touch of blue. Higher K gets bluer all the way to Violet. 4300K is pure white. I run 8000K in the Low beams and the Fogs. Love em. As for what to do....Search and Read.

lol ok well i try..yes keyword try to stay around 80 lol buts its o so hard! lol but anyways! so i could just get a hid kit and its legal and i just pic whatever k i want for brightness and color?? correct???

They are not technically legal in stock housings. If you keep them aimed low you will have no problems.

you can buy blue light bulbs or you can install true HID's
There are many inexpensive ones sold on eBay

if you go with a bulb swap HID kit, don't go any higher than 6000k.
they will have a blue tint. the higher you go in color temp, ie: 6000k, 8000k, etc... the less actual light output you have.
like posted above, 4300k is the whitest, and brightest of them all, they go down from there...

and do yourself a favor and search "HID" and read up on them....


ebay will have the best price.
