Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
The dog should be thankful though.
You can replace the exhaust cheap or free with a stock exhaust if you wish. Lots of folks upgrade to aftermarket exhaust and there really isn't much of a demand for stock exhaust. Or you can upgrade to any number of after market exhaust. I have Corsa's and have been very happy with them. I'm sure other folks will chime in with recomendations.
I'm not sure what you are talking about in the front. If it is the black plastic piece at the bottom of the car, that is called the air dam. A new 3 piece kit can be bought fairly reasonably from any number of vendors or from the big auction site.
Good luck with the repairs.

the only thing i'm really worried about is if my frame got bent or my intake was damaged. even if my exhaust was messed up badly i can simply get a new system when i get the money. the frame worries me though
this is where having a mechanic/bodyman friend really comes in handy. do you have anyone who fits that bill? I'm sure the info above is right but if you are still worried, a pro's diagnosis might help you sleep better.
good luck with everything!

I believe in the Beer Fairy
Should have just hit the dog.....even a Rottie at 45mph will give you a new bumper through insurance (even a TigerShark bumper)

Sounds like a good opportunity to upgrade your exhaust to an aftermarket one. (Or if you want to stay stock, post up a WTB ad in the C5 parts for sale section.) As far as the damage under the front end, that piece can be replaced - might want to check on prices from gmpartshouse.com.
