Black Out Kits
What do you guys think about black out kits on corvettes? i personally like a little chrome to show some class but i was considering doing my tail lights smoke. is it best to get the snap ons or the complete light kit?

I have the back done and love it. The fronts are a pain to put in (snap) and I will get to them later. I get my rims powder coated black chrome next week. Going blacked out to see if I like all that black. Looks good either way imho. Good luck to ya.

I love my blackouts. Personally Im not a big fan of chrome on my car. It looks good on some other cars but not mine. Eventually everything on my car will be blacked out.

I love the look of blackout kits, especially the LED blackout kits, however I hate giving a LEO a bogus excuse to pull me over. My Vette draws enough attention. I have a local cop who monitors the school zones and he always points the radar gun directly at me when I drive through (even when I'm coasting at 10 MPH in the middle of a train of cars).
