My Bad
I banged out 2nd gear with active handling on (My Bad). Now my dash says service tire mon system. When I hit the reset,it goes away, but when you shut off the car or start it, it comes back. What do I do next. Thanks Gary

I really don't know how that would mess up the tire pressure sensors.

Doesn't make sense that it would affect the TPMS. Maybe check for a bad sensor.

Check the tire pressure...Maybe a flat or lower than 25 pounds.

Did you check the manufacture date on the sensors? A tire store tried to see me 6 year old tires ! If they are weak and its cold outside, they could indicate bad.
The date is shown by wheels/circles cast into the outside of the sensors with arrows pointing to month and year. Not that you can see them now.

May be a stretch but very well could be a battery gremlin issue. Try disconnecting and then reconnecting the battery.

Today when I got home I disconnected the battery . When I reconnected the battery everything went back to normal. Thanks for all the ideas. Gary
