Hi guys was wondering if someone here could run this through the GM system to see what the service record looks like

Vin check
Try somebody at a dealer. Regardless if it is a dealer or carfax, the information will only tell you what was done at the dealer network. The patriot act severly reduced the information you can obtain these days. Whatever you did, personally to your car, or what the previous owners did on their own, will never show up on a vin check. A salvage or rebuilt title is about the only major thing you could find, unless a dealer performed the task. A purchase of the Corvette Black Book can at least tell you what the codes on your glove box door mean. What options, and the like. The last 5 digits will tell you what sequence the car was built in. The door jamb will tell you what month and year the car was built. For example, a 2000 model run was started in July 1999. The factory changes over to the next year in mid July. If your vin was 135XX then it was probably made late in 1999 if you own a 2000 model. You can find this on the door jamb, but this is just a guess.

Performed Used Car Inspection, found SES light on P0171,P0174,P0440, P068, vehicle has no cats and aftermarket headers, powe steering cooler leaking fluid, batter was dead, charged, chevy emblem in glove box for front end bumper, covers for moto missing, front and rear pads 20% left, needs pads and rotors, serpentine belt is cracked, declined all repairs, vehicle heads have been off and has aftermarket bolts, Vehicle is Sold AS IS NO WARRANTY
