did you check your fuses? perhaps you shorted something while installing???

check fuse #6 also. It controls headlights.. but doesn't say it does

the first part of the instructions say to disconnect the negative battery terminal. i skipped that because i have installed a similar HID kit on my previous car and never had a problem.

when i turn the headlights on i can here headlight motor work for a split second then it stops...like something is preventing it from functioning

I don't know what kit I bought, and when I did my HID install I my headlights had no problem going up and down, but I did have a problem with them not turning on at first. They wired the plug wrong so that I had to plug in the plug upside down then they worked great. Maybe that's it for you too.

Maybe you ran the wires or mounted to box in the way of a moving part. I did the install, so I know that was something the was not easy to avoid.

Did you try plugging in the connectors backwards? That's what worked for me. I'm talking about the flat connector that plugs into the vehicle harness. The one that use to plug into the stock light bulb. I had the same problem.
