Well i had the car up on a lift today. Pulling my old nitrous lines off. When im backing off the lift the ramp hooked on the rocker, and shredded a 6"' section. I couldn't believe it since i got onto the lift no problem. Now i have to buy a new rocker and get it painted.
buy a new rocker? The rocker is the only pannel on the corvette that basically can not be removed. As far as i know its bonded to the frame. Might be a way to remove it but prob will take a little work. Good luck, sorry to hear it happened.

I would try to repair it as it's a biotch of a repair.
You'll have to pull off the front and rear fender + door. Break loose the old rocker and then re-fit and glue the new one into place + paint. Probably a few thousand dollar job at the least unless you can do it yourself.
