I like the hood with the black. Nice contrast. Something like Black Motorsports would look good. Anything with black center and polished lip on a yellow car would be my choice.

But in your case I like the chrome.

Grey or black here. But I'm the kind of guy that wouldn't ever own a yellow car (honestly, no offence). Every car I've ever owned has been black and I'm in no mood to change that.
Being said, I agree that black would be best, but I kind of like the grey look for no other reason that it doesn't look bad and it's not something that everyone would think to do naturally.
