New Vette owner (6 weeks) and am looking to make some external underhood mods that will wake my car up. Its a '99 coupe with 30K miles and is dead bone stock. I am looking for suggestions and/or recommendations from all of the seasoned veterans on the forum. I am considering an air intake, bridge, etc., etc. Would love to hear your ideas. Please keep in mind that I am not at the point of internal mods (ie, heads, cam, etc.), yet! Thank you all in advance.

Don't worry about the air bridge. They are mostly a bling item. Same goes for a cat-back although they do make the sound sooooo much better. A good cold air intake is a pretty good bang for your buck.
I got some decent results from my catback and xpipe. See my sig. I misunderstood your idea of underhood mods. I thought you wanted cosmetic mods. The mods you're interested in are performance based. Since you're not looking for extreme mods, the ones you're looking for are called 'bolt-on mods'. Try running a search.
I'm going with a vararam ram air intake and just recently bought the matching power duct. The air bridge won't get you much and I doubt the duct will do much as well but every little bit helps.
Catback, xpipe, cold air intake, and power duct will get you in the ball park of 325 rwhp. I'm at 310 now.
