Here is what I run on my 02Z.
NGK TR55 Plugs Gap @45.About 1.50 ea.
Taylor 84244 Wires.Approx $44 set.

The word "Best" will get alot of answers. As a matter of preference,I run NGK in all (4) of my cars.I prefer a copper plug.

I like 'em both.

I use the GMPP red wires and stock plugs. If you have a stock or mostly stock car, why not use stock parts?

If you must have something different, TR55s are the way to go.

If you're going to spray, TR6.

Get the GM hot wires they are a great deal. I suggest for plugs TR55s part no. 3951 at your local O'Reilly or Advanced. If you are spraying or making over 450 rwhp go with the TR6 no. 4177. I would gap the TR55s at .055 and the TR6s around .045 (.035 if using nitrous)

How much do hugs run these days? I could probably use one

What kind of a shop--I mean..the plugs thing is a pretty basic question for the 'runner' of a shop :o
