what are we talking about here? front or rear? the fronts just need to turn them in place and they are held there. (not very well as I have lost one). The rear you cut holes into your rocker panels, trim away some inner fender and install, easy. except for the cutting. If you are going to do the rear, IMHO do not use the pdf templates that you might find on the forum. They suck. Good luck.
yep. I put down some tape as to not scratch the paint, cause those screens are waiting to take some paint with them. if you turn them side ways put them all the way in, push back on the brake duct and set them in place, release the brake duct and you should be good. It might take some finess
I covered the area around the open with blue painters tape. Then I took a pair of needle nose pliers and rotated the screen down and in, while pushing the brake-duct back with a small but long allan wrench. Once you have the screen in place, let the duct come back forward as it will hold the screen in place It usually takes a little adjustment by moving the screen up & down as well as side to side to get it to set in place.
very carfully, i used the black electric tape, put it all around the sceen, to make a border just like the biger ones that go into fog light areas. im now about to put in the side fender screens which come with taped sides where i will have to go threw the fender undersides.

I recommend that you use an epoxy to hold these screens in. The double-sided tape will not hold that well. I installed mine, and when I was polishing that area with my pc buffer, the panel flexed and the screen fell off.
Speaking of screens, does anyone have pictures of black powder coated side cove screens?* I've seen black powder coated fog light screens but never on the side.* Thanks!*
