Default OEM looking catch can?

I'm not looking for some bling under the hood, just a functional catch can that looks like it came that way from the factory (ie. black, black rubber hoses, factory-looking mounting).

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Contact Dave'68.

I got one from him. Only thing, I had to purchase the hoses, and make the mounting bracket.

After some searching on his username, I was able to find this...

http://www.conceptualpolymer.com/PCV...oval%20102.pdf

There seems to be some great technical information on his site. I'm not particularly looking for the best filtering catch can, but one that is unobtrusive in the engine bay. The catch cans I found on his site don't look OEM (IMO).

I purchased mine from Dave and this is what the install looks like. It was a tight fit and the install took some time, but the location is cool and it looks factory.

Contact Chip at CCA. He's got a ton of different models. And his customer service is second to none.

Actually, we're both wrong, Chip. I went back and checked my receipts and that is from Gulf Coast Performance, bought 6/26/07. It looks very similar to yours but that's where I ordered it from. (I can send you the email receipt if you like.)

I thought it was EE's because the one on my other C5 came from them. It also looks very similar to this one but is clear anodized.

Sorry about the confusion.

I got a sweet red one from Chip at CCA. I love it. Just get one of those...great value and you get all the things you need for it. One of the best mods on my car! After I had to do my Oil Pressure Sensor, I KNEW that I NEEDED this thing after seeing all the junk that was going into my intake ports. Can't beat CCA!

Brass fittings = not OEM IMO. Anybody have any other recommendations?

Perhaps Dave's catch can mounted under a headlight would be my best option so far.

You said you wanted some "bling".

If the brass color of the "fittings" bother you, there are aluminum connectors, AN connectors w/ real braided steel hoses, faux AN connectors w/ red & blue finish, chrome connectors, steel connectors, plastic connectors or you can use a SHARPIE to make them any color you want...
