A lot of people meet up at a shop in Costa Mesa and then cruise over to the restaurant. The owner does a buffet and makes the parking lot Vettes only. Then basically just shoot the breeze for a few hours and then head home. I'll post a link to the most recent thread...

Congrtas on a great buy...and happy b-day. i got mine when i turned 18 my only regret was not getting it a year b4 will i was in high school. just watch out for dogs on the road cuz they will get u. ima b 20 on the 18th of this month...nice car and b carefull

I am 62 and have wanted a vette for as long as I can remember. Somehow, it just never happened. I settled once for an MGB and once for a 280Z, but never got around to the vette. I started searching about three weeks ago, and Saturday I am driving 8 hours (4 out and 4 back) to look at and hopefully buy my first. Hey, I am only 44 years behind you! I will let you know how it goes.

CONGRATS MAN!!!! im 21 and just got my vette! it good to see young folks dont only drive lil buzzing rockets! lol good job! and like one guy said dont forget to wave! its just a vette thing i guess! people i see with vettes always wave! just the love and respect for the beast!
