If you can feel the scratch with a fingernail you will have to use a touchup paint. If you can't feel it, there's a very good chance you can simply use a compound such as 3M rubbing compound. There are quite a few options for that.

Adams Polishes makes some very good car detailing products. They have several items like Scratch Out and Revive that works well. You can also try 3M hand glaze if the scratches are very minor.
