Believe it or not, GM claims the minimum allowed is 6psi @ 1000 rpm. I would not accept that, but they claim it is within tolerance.

Here is a clip from Jack Latham's page:
1.18) What should my oil pressures be?
With 5W-30 Mobil 1, the 2000 manual lists hot oil minimum specs at:
·6 psi at 1,000 engine RPM
·18 psig at 2,000 engine RPM
·24 psig at 4,000 engine RPM
So, if you are above those numbers, you are still just fine.
Oil filter you use can have an effect on presures somewhat - Mobil 1 filters are known to reduce pressure a bit versus the GM factory PF44 and PF46 filters.
There is a ton of useful info here you might want to take a look at it, I always enjoy the things listed on there - take a scroll

soada101... are you just inquisitive or do you think you have a problem?
The C5 is prone to oil pressure sensor failure. when it fails it reads 80 psi on the dash gauge and 130 ish on the DIC
