Recently I noticed that when I have my headlights on, the passenger side front, yellow marker light is not working. The drl lights work fine, the turn signal works fine, it's only when I have the headlights on that the light won't work...
Is there bulb that is burnt out in the housing I'm missing?
Assuming you're looking at the lights while the car's running or switched on, have you just turned on the parking lights without anything else on? Does that light not work then?
If it does not, I believe that the DRL bulb needs replacing. It's a 4157 or 3157 that has two circuits, one for the bright DRL or turn signal, and one for the dimmer marker lamp.
the bulb in there is a dual filament. sounds like your parking light filament is burned out. strange, due to the DRLs its usually the turn signal filament that goes first.
easiest way to change that bulb is through the front brake vent duct. the owners manual says to go through the access panel, well that will work, but its a pain! push the brake vent duct out of the way and you can look right in and see the bulb. push the tab in and rotate and it will come out.
then do a search for how to disable your DRLs and drive in peace knowing that you and you alone control you car's lights :-)

If the filament blew once again, I'd check the wiring as best you can, looking for a grounded spot. Seems that a short is causing the bulb to burn out. Good luck.
