Question on cleaning...

Also I have a car cover, but the inside (part that goes on the car) is dirty, how would you clean that?
I did a search for both and didn't find anything. Thanks!
Or you can buy a spray can of upholstery/rug cleaner and scrub by hand
re the cover..... take it to a laundromat in their largest sized washing machine, ideally one without a center agitator and use the gentlest cycle.
dry on air dry
I'am looking at the can as I type this. Works good on spills on the flooring carpet in the house. It has a solid yellow cap on it.
I used this Carpet & Upholstery Foam Cleaner from Napa (Mac's 3700) on a torch red carpet. It was a 2002 vette I considered buying but ended up just detailing it for the owner. I remember him saying he could not believe how clean the carpets were. This vette was t/red on the outside & the interior also.(factory). A very sharp looking interior. This product did a nice job & did not remove any t/red dye. I followed the directions on the can using a damp towel.Car cover if its cotton or fabric wash in clothes washer by itself on the gentle cycle

recently bought an extractor and it also pulls out the deep dirt well too.
be careful what cleaners you use, some leave a sticky residue on the fibers and will attract more dirt in the end. a good carpet fiber rinse is good to finish out the job.
