Corvette offsets for the C5 are 56mm front and 64mm rear, those look like Mustang offsets. The offsets you listed will make the wheels stick out not to mention that they'll look strange on the car.

They wouldn't be unsafe but they could possibly be illegal to run that way. Some places it's illegal to have the tires stick out past the fenders. This isn't enforced very often and usually it the guys running 4 wheelers with big tires sticking out that get nailed for this.
