Blackwing re attach. Help!

Default Blackwing re attach. Help!

Removed the blackwing from the 2 grommets on the fromt panel while removing the fan cowl for painting am having trouble re attaching it, it just seems to hang on the grommets not push all the way thro, any suggestions please.

Think I got it looks like I have to reattach the rubber grommets first to the Blackwing?

Attach the grommets to the "Blackwing" and then to the TORX pegs.
A little lubrication will help the grommets slip over the pegs and make for easier R&R in the future. I use white lithium because it lasts the longest.

And sometimes you just have to really press the blackwing onto the grommets.
