Hi guys,

I recently purchased a Vararam from BYUNSPEED. I wasn't at all happy with the quality and workmanship of the product. I guess I am just a picky person. I contacted them to get a refund and the return the Vararam. They said NO to a refund. They said they don't issue refunds on sale items which is a bunch of crap! I purchased the Vararam at what I thought was full price at $287 which is more than their sale price at $267 this last holiday season . I'm sure they have all their products on some sort of "Sale"........... Keep in mind that I just received the package here Friday and the Vararam is in a completely unused state. They said they could give me a voucher less a 25% restocking fee where I would loose $71. This completely sucks. anyone wanna buy a NEW Vararam?

Just a heads up here when buying from this company. .

They are saying that the $287 is a sale price. I am not looking to get $20 back.....JEEEEZZZ.
Correction, you paid $284.99 SHIPPED. I'm not sure how you are not understanding how much you paid for the item and not understanding it was on sale. You bought this online by yourself via the web and the link clearly shows it is on sale against the regular price and you are still not clear on how much you paid?

I'm not quite understanding how just because we had it for $267 from a year back and the new sale price is $284.99 that we've had it for a while and yet you are claiming you paid full pricefor an item that is clearly listed on sale. The regular price clearly states $339.00.

No one said you could not get a refund.

This is what was sent to you via email. TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY.

"Hello Thomas we donʼt do returns on SALE items as they are all final but we would like to extend the return policy for you.
Our return policy is a 25% restock fee and the balance credit will be applied the same way paid.
Your RMA is 7867TL and must be written clearly on your FedEx/UPS label as a REFERENCE"

Policy is policy and we are breaking it on a sale item. The website clearly shows it is ON SALE and we state it in our policy on SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE."

Our offer still stands on the refund above even though this thread is unappropiate and just a lash out towards us and Vararam who by the way has thousands of satisfied customers.
