Default vararam question

I have heard good and bad about this system. My question is: Does anybody have a good pic of the water box (the thing that keeps water out of the intake) for me to look at. I dont care to much about fitment as I dont mind a little work to get it to fit right. Any help would be great! Thx in advance!

Water box? I know there are a couple of holes drilled in the bottem where the system bolts up to let water drain.

I wouldn't worry too much about water though. I live up here in the pacific nw and have had mine through both downpours and snow showers. No problems what so ever!!

That must be what I am talking about. I would like to see a pic to get a better idea of how it works and where the water goes after that.

It's not really a complex thing. There are hole(s) (can't remember off the top of my head) in the duct which allows the water to drain out of. Also the way it is made prevents water from going up into the intake. When washing my car I noticed the water just slides down back out onto the ground.

Its just a simple hole drilled into the tube directly to the left of the fog light in the picture above. (One on each side) The hole is drilled into the rear of the tube before the bend going up to the filter.

Much mis - information about the VR inducing water.

Here's a pic from the inside, looks like you can see 1 drain hole.
