Uh, I would think that you would hope NOT to have to use it. If you use it, doesn't that mean you'd be having problems?

I had and extended warranty on my Apple computer and in the last week of the warranty my screen went out, they replaced it. Would've cost me $500 at least..

My GMPP on my 2001 picked up over $16,000 in repairs the past year (including a new engine)! But, I would much rather have not had to use it at all. It was in the shop for a total of two months and it is all the other damage they do while trying to fix the covered problems - especially the scratches in the clearcoat, etc.
