Default Advise needed - Cam only mod

Hi all,
If I was going to do a cam only mod, which one would you recommend and how much power did it make at the rear wheels. I use my C5 as a daily driver in the summer (2004, MN6).

You are being warned....people WILL try to talk you out of a cam only upgrade....I'm with you though....I'm only looking to do a cam with my A&A blower (mainly because I don't want to know what the pistons look like if I swapped heads as well)

Normal attack mode is Heads and Cam at the same time, but you could easily see 50 to 75 rwhp with a cam only.

I did a cam only last summer and don't regret it at all. In my case I went with a Comp 224R on a 112 LSA. Has a nice lope to it. I have an Auto so I went with a smaller cam since i was hoping to stay with the stock converter. Since you have a 6 speed, you can go bigger. Keep in mind, bigger is not always better as you push the power higher in the rpm band with a big cam. Good luck.

Probably closer to 30 rwhp. And----
skip the cam you don't really need it
with a huffer.

Was the performance gain noticeable?
