Yes, they are good lights, but as they mass produced them, they seemed to start making them cheaper and not as carefully. There is sometimes glue or cracks in and around the lenses.

If you're gonna get them, might as well get HID at the same time.

The HiFlex Type-44 have horrible optics.

The Depos are good for a budget and with an HID kit have decent output and a nice pattern. You'll experience small stress fractures in the plastic lenses after a while, but it's not too noticable unless you get up close to the lens.

I recommend the DEPOs, but also recommend painting them due to the little stress cracks around the adge of the lenses, plus it looks better with the car. I made a thread on my install and paint project...

It was 125 for dupont paint through a professional gun. That included the inside satin black, both were primed as well before paint. I also had my supercharger intake tube painted torch red and my shortie antenna resprayed. I am friends with the painter so he gave me a pretty good deal on things. Painting the outsides of these lenses will make the lights look 150% better. I know about 6 people who have taken pictures of my lights to paint shops and say, make my lights look like these. They all turned out really good.

These are DEPO lights with the HID kit.
Under $500.00 with the HID set up on the auction site.
This is their regular site, go to their AUCTIONS they use the same name.
