Front Blake Cover

I live in MA. I moved my green (rear plate only)to my 09 C6.I have to get new plates for the C5 which will include a front plate. Does anyone know how to modify the front plate cover to fit over the plate? This way when I get stopped for no front plate I can say OOPS just came from a show and for got to remove the cover.

You don't have to do anything, it fits right back on with the plate mounted.

Good luck with the excuse. Some LEOs will just give you a warning, some won't. Why not get a painted version of the license plate surround and be legal - may not look as good as no plate, but it's better than just the plate.
