Does Kooks have a header system which would fit a LS7 motor in a 2000 Model C5 car? Thanks.

I have a borla straight pipe catback. I want to go with Kooks 2in headers and a 3 x 3 in xpipe. Will the 3 inch end mate to my catback or should I go with a 3 x 2in x pipe?

If you get the Kooks Headers you are going to have to use their X pipe. The X pipe compensates for the longer headers and at keeps everything aligned after the X pipe. If you try to make up to the Borla X pipe, everything will be out of alignment....ie; too long.

Thanks,

Jim

Ok, but I'm still confused.

My question was, do I order the 3 x 3 KOOKS xpipe or the 3 x 2.5? In other words, how do I know which to kooks x pipe to order so it will fit my borla catback exhaust.

Ahhh, ok...you would need the 3 X 2.5"....the 3" for the headers side and the 2.5" for the Borla side (assuming you got a 2.5" Borla system, which is the most common.)

no, but I can get it for you...Most folks do not just buy an X Pipe. Is it for a header application or to bolt up to the OEM system?

Wish you guys carried the Jeep SRT8 Kooks headers! I've been wanting to get them along with some Corsa cat-backs with them.
