I have Gooyear Eagle F1 All Season Tires on 1997 Corvette I purchased. Can anybody tell me if these are runflats?Does it say runflats on tires anyplace?
The tire companies use other words for run-flat.
I think GY uses EMT (extra mobility tire) and you should find that legend on the tire...possibly in an oval.
Michelin uses ZP for zero pressure.
The all seasons Goodyears are NOT run flats. Only all season runflats are made by Michilen. But those (Goodyear A/S F1s) are good tires, second only to Goodyear GSD3s, which are summer tires.
Goodyear runflats say "EMT" on the sidewall for Extended Mobility Tire.

My 2003 has exactly that, a plain oval with the letters EMT

You might want to also check the manufacture date on tires on a 12 year old car. There are a ton of threads on the subject, how to read the date, etc. The risk is that old tires dry out and become a safety hazard.

Good advice, but I think you will find out that Goodyear A/S F1s are relatively new tires.
