fault code on DIC safety column lock

Has anyone had this code? I recently started my 99 after stored for the winter and it tells me that I need to have it towed to the dealer. This is the first problem I've ever had with this car. It only has 27000 mi. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

Since you just took it out of storage, I would check your battery. Many times it can just be low voltage.
