F45 Suspension Upgrade

The F45 suspension on my 2000 Coupe is on its way out and I'm looking for recommendations on possible upgrades. My car is completely street driven and is used as my daily driver. From my searching I like the sound of the Koni FSD's for shocks and was wondering if I should also upgrade to Z06 springs and sway bars or just keep what I have? Anyone have any experience with the Koni FSD's on an otherwise stock suspension?

I went with C6z06 shocks and sways and left the fei springs great ride in my humble opinion. Best of luck it is better without the F45
