Tire Pressure Sensors
I have a 2001 Vert and might be buying another set of wheels. I also have a couple sets of tire pressure sensors off a 2009 GM vehicle with a 315 Mhz radio frequency. Any idea if these sensors will work on my 2001?

I don't recall the frequency of the 01-04 sensors but I don't believe they will work, not only is the frequency at which it transmits info probably different but the way they are activated. The newer style GM sensors (after 06 I think) you need a tool to activate and program them where the 01-04's just use a magnet.

Gene should know - Might want to sell the '09 sensors and get the ones for your car - at least they are the cheaper ones for the C5.

Remember the sensors have to link up with the receiver and the Corvette does not not share a receiver with any other vehicle.
