I only recieved 1 set of key and fob when I purchased my "03 C5.
I've determined what # of blank I need just don't remember where I saw a source for them. Where'd you get yours?
I just picked up a couple myself from a place called "locksmith source" on that big auction website. Do a quick search there and you'll find it. Posters on another 'vette site gave the seller a thumbs up......

I ordered an extra key from Ecklers and it came in a couple of days, You will need the vat code before you get a new key, I took my key to the dealer and they told me what my vat code was, I think there are like 15 different codes.
I bought 2 like new fobs from the auction site for like 15 bucks and look and work like new.
Walk in to dealer, have them stick key in box, get vats number.
(search here if you want to do it yourself with a voltmeter. Its easey there are 20 resistance value's (thats the vats #))
Get the key from any number of sources (the big auction site is fine).
Regular locksmith can cut it.
You have an 03 so the Fob is the less expensive one (like 20 - 25$).
There are two fobs (#1 and #2, you could use two #1's or two #2's only difference is that the seat/wheel adjust wont change if you use two identical fobs), look on back and see which you have.

Go to a small key shop. The dealer will charge you a full hour for them to plug the key into a box that tells them your key number in 2 seconds. My key was $25 bucks
